How is Christian coaching different?
Christian coaching is client-centered, relationship-based, and goal-centered. A coach uses questions to direct each conversation instead of suggestions or advice. We are not meeting just to talk. You set the agenda, and together we develop concrete steps toward your goals. We tackle the area where you are most seeking satisfaction, but keep feeling stuck - from relationships, to lifestyle, and even pace of life. Taking the next steps to connect will open your heart and mind to the beautiful tapestry God is weaving together for you and for His Kingdom.

We are specially trained within the International Coach Federation standards of professional coaches. We are experienced, having completed a supervised internship under the supervision of CCS’s senior Coach Trainers. And maybe most importantly, we are PASSIONATE and driven by a deep desire to make a difference in the world one life at a time.
Is Coaching Like Counseling?
While both coaching and counseling have the similar objective of creating a better future for you, each has a unique focus, and utilizes distinct strategies to support different stages of your journey. Counseling concentrates on delving into the past to help people get well, and coaching works for healed individuals looking to add value to improve their lives further. Look at it as a next step, if you will. Of course, there may be times during the coaching journey when the past will need to be addressed in order to dismantle possible stumbling blocks and envision new possibilities. The difference is that we won't stay there. Our coaching sessions are all about propelling you into the future that you envision for yourself.
What does a coaching session look like?
Each 30–60-minute coaching session is specifically catered towards your personal needs and goals. I am professionally trained to facilitate a powerful Coaching “Journey” that will help guide you and keep you inspired every step of the way as you move towards your goals and dreams. We begin with inviting God into our time and take a deep dive into our Fathers loving arms. I will hold space where there is healing and pain or weeds that keep you stuck. With each session, and in between, God is always at work, taking you to the rock higher than thee!
How often do I need to meet for coaching?
Where do we meet for our sessions?
Location is not a factor. Coaching can be done in-person, by phone, or even on Zoom. I connect with my clients all over the US and even in Canada and China.
